1. What are the Pharmacist requirement ?

• A Malaysian citizen
• A registered Pharmacist with PHARMACY BOARD OF MALAYSIA
• Able to take up challenges and interested to build up a career in the retail sector
• Must fulfill all standard requirements under the Pharmacy Store Operator Programme and pass the entire 
  selection process that include interview and training programme such as Product Training, Point of Sales  
  (P.O.S) Training and Practical Training.
• Must complete and submit all required legal documents which are necessary.
• Willing to sign a minimum 1 year agreement with the company to commit to the business
• Must be willing to pay a security deposit either by a lump sump payment or via a monthly deduction of  
  10% of monthly income until RM 15,000 is fulfilled (No guarantor needed). Security deposit can be refunded in case we plan to quit.
• Retail experience will be an added advantage but not necessary as training will be provided.


2. How is the application processs ?

Go and pass the interview–>Register RM100 >join asB.O (business owner)–> pick area/shop to be cosway farmasi –> go for the 10 days training –> apply for license A (company helps you with this)–> your shop is ready to run

3. What documents must i have or required?

-the last three months salary slip (or other credible evidence)
-pharmacist renewal license  from lembaga farmasi malaysia (annual renewal)
-photostated IC,
-university Certificate (BPharmS, MPharmS)
